Museums and the arts are thriving in The Bahamas. You can visit many museums dedicated to our rich cultural heritage; or art museums and performances that will thrill adults and children alike.

Bahamas International Film Festival in Nassau and Eleuthera are celebrating over ten years of providing the local community and international visitors with a diverse presentation of films from around the world.

The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas in Nassau – located in the historic ‘Villa Doyle’ is the premier Arts institution of The Bahamas.

In Nassau check the schedule of shows at the casinos on Paradise Island, or in Nassau there’s the Dundas Theatre of Performing Arts. Theatre in at The Dundas is regarded as the best in the Caribbean region according to cultural guru Rex Nettleford.
